About us

We are deeply passionate about education and the nature. Our journey began with a shared love for teaching and a commitment to helping children grow in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Gerwin has been teaching English for years, and nothing makes him happier than watching kids grow in their language skills and confidence. He’s all about making learning engaging and fun, and he truly believes that kids learn best when they’re excited about what they’re doing.

Sharie comes from an international school background, with experience in both early years and primary education. Her deep understanding of child development, combined with experience working with diverse student groups, has led her to believe in the importance of holistic learning—where children are encouraged to explore, play, and connect with the world around them.

About three years ago, we started our eikaiwa (English conversation) school and homestay programs, which was an amazing experience. But it was during these programs that we began to notice something really important—kids thrive when they’re outdoors.

We’ve always loved spending time in nature, and as we observed how children learn, it became so clear: the outdoors is the best classroom. It’s where they can be themselves, take risks, solve problems, and just be kids. Nature is calming, inspiring, and gives them the freedom to grow without pressure.

That’s why we decided to start our outdoor preschool program. We wanted to create a place where kids could enjoy learning through play, reduce stress, and develop a deep love for nature. We believe in giving kids the space to explore, imagine, and grow—all while having fun in the fresh air.

At the end of the day, our mission is simple: we just want to see kids enjoying themselves, discovering the world around them, and developing a sense of responsibility for nature. We believe nature is the best teacher, and that’s why we’re bringing children back to it.
